  I am actually ending my contract with them right now. Worst customer service. Their employees have provided me with false information every time I talk to them about my insurance. Time to give my money to a company that deserves it.

  Been dealing with Sears for years! Never had any issues and any time I've had to submit claims, they were handled exceptionally!

  Customer service was not good. Each person we spoke to told us something different and took no responsibility for what had been said previously. Even when we told them we were thinking of switching to another company because of the poor service, there was no apology or any type of concern. Every company we have spoken to since looking for the same services has been timely, friendly, and consistent so it's not just an industry thing!

  I have been a customer at Sears for approx 15 years and have had nothing but exceptional service. They managed to find me house insurance when others were unable to and since then have been extremely accomodating and responsive to all of my home, auto and cottage insurance requests.. I have nothing but positive things to say about the people at Sears.
